Heather Thomson

Owner, Registered Massage Therapist

Heather Thomson is the owner of Waterdown Massage Therapy & Wellness Clinic and a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She graduated in 2009 from Centennial College of Applied Arts and Technology, Toronto. In addition, Heather is certified in Hot Stone Massage Therapy and Cupping. 

Heather proposes a personalized treatment plan based on an initial assessment and health history, striving to address her clients’ needs while feeling very relaxed. She is trustworthy and has a great passion in working with toddlers and children. Heather’s treatments include Swedish massage techniques varying from mild to deep pressure, trigger point therapy, stretching and relaxation which are based on each individual. Her goal is to have a therapeutic effect on the body and optimize overall health and well-being.

Renata Adamczyk

Registered Massage Therapist, Manual Osteopath, Reiki Practitioner

Renata has a strong background in manual therapy and helping people bounce back from injury. Her personal interest in health and wellness combined with her education has led her to become a well-rounded practitioner, approaching health issues from different perspectives. She earned her bachelor of arts degree studying Kinesiology at Wilfrid Laurier University. 

Followed by a short career playing basketball professionally in Europe. Renata then returned to further her education at the National Academy of Osteopathy and is also a 2018 graduate of the advanced registered massage therapy program at Ontario College of Health and Technology.

Renata believes in the body’s ability to heal itself and works with you to help realign your body, to promote healing. She has taken courses in treating women during their pregnancy, cranial sacral and has completed her Reiki Level 1 and 2. With a gentle approach she listens to your body and guides you to become more aware of your movement. A variety of techniques are integrated into a treatment such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, soft tissue therapy, along with strength and mobility exercises when needed. Renata specializes in healing people through trauma, stress, anxiety, motor vehicle accidents, and chronic pain. In her spare time she enjoys walking, reading, gardening and being active.

Lisa Cardinali

Registered Massage Therapist

Lisa graduated with honours and has been in good standing with the CMTO since 2004. She treats an array of ailments with traditional Swedish massage techniques and has additional training in deep tissue therapy, myofascial release, acupressure, pregnancy massage, cupping, kinesio tapping and Micro Current Point Stimulation (integration of tense and acupuncture without needles).

As an alternative to massage, Lisa is also a certified Bowen therapist. Bowen is a hands-on therapy that addresses the central nervous system and soft tissue, much like massage, but with no lotion or repetitive strokes yet with very gentle sequenced “muscles roles” to address acute and chronic pain.

Growing up as an active individual, primarily as a dancer, and having a background in Pilates, Lisa understands the importance of discipline, body awareness and believes in preventative care. Whether you are an adolescent athlete, weekend warrior, suffer from repetitive strain or a retiree trying to resolve chronic pain, Lisa will do her best to educate, and help you achieve balance. Knowledge is power!

Alice Halbert

Registered Massage Therapist

Alice started her career in the spa industry as an esthetician with over 20 years of experience. Her interest in helping others prompted her to pursue a career in massage therapy at Oxford College of Arts and Technology. Since graduating, she has also become certified in pregnancy massage and certified in hot stone therapy.

Combining her spa background with her training as a massage therapist, she can provide a therapeutic treatment that is also very relaxing. Her goals as a therapist are to assist clients in their efforts to achieve optimal health and wellness.

Crystal Saunders

Registered Massage Therapist

Crystal Saunders received an Advanced Diploma with Honours in Massage Therapy from Mohawk College in 2022. She is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario as well. Crystal is passionate about the power of touch and looks forward to providing each client a targeted treatment plan that will help them reach their goals. During your treatment, whether it is for rehabilitation or relaxation, she will also provide you with homecare advice to help improve your daily life activities as well as your overall wellbeing.

Profile Lucas Lowres

Dr. Lucas Rizzo

Dr. Lucas Rizzo is a licensed chiropractor from Burlington, Ontario. His passion for sports and health led him to Wilfrid Laurier University where he completed his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. From there, his education took him to Spain, where he earned his Masters in Science at Universidad Catolica San Antonio de Murcia with a focus in post-exercise recovery.

This long path led him to New York Chiropractor College to pursue his dream of becoming a chiropractor. At NYCC, He learned a great deal from his professors, mentors and colleagues. Throughout his four years, he was presented with several shadow opportunities with professional sports team doctors who have shaped his style of treatment. He integrates a combination of diversified adjusting, active release techniques, evidenced-based rehabilitation protocols and individualized exercise programs in order to optimize the health and long-term wellness of his patients.

When he’s not in the office, He’s in the kitchen cooking up a storm, doing yoga, running, playing soccer or just catching up with friends and family.


Neelam Uppal

Energy Healer

Neelam is a compassionate energy healing practitioner, using Reiki, tarot, and intuitive guidance, to empower others on their journey towards holistic wellness and spiritual growth. Her path began in 2017 as a Registered Nurse, graduating from Sheridan College, George Brown College, and Trent University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.  Throughout her nursing career, Neelam has gained diverse experience in home care, gastrointestinal nursing, fertility nursing, and public health nursing.  

Neelam’s passion for mental health, holistic wellness, and spirituality has been a driving force in her life. Her personal journey of healing, which began in 2013, has taught her the profound power of yoga, mindfulness, meditation, nutrition, gut health, and physical exercise in achieving a healthy balance. Through her mindfulness practices and Reiki, Neelam has found profound healing and relief from depression, anxiety, and chronic health issues, and now wishes to bring this level of healing to others who may be struggling with similar challenges. She believes that true, sustainable health is cultivated through holistic practices that harmonize the mind, body, and spirit.

Neelam is committed to helping others live more meaningful lives, promoting overall health and wellbeing. In her Reiki Healing sessions, Neelam utilizes her Reiki abilities, Clair cognizance, and clairsentience to balance energy and facilitate profound healing. 


In her free time, Neelam finds joy in nature walks, yoga practice, podcast exploration, and reading.


Susan Maciulis

Registered Massage Therapist

Susan Maciulis graduated from the Ontario College of Health And Technology and has been registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since 2014.  She is also a current a member of the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario (RMTAO).

Prior to becoming a massage therapist Susan was a Child and Youth Worker.  She specialized in working with children and adults living with developmental disabilities who had difficulties regulating behaviour.  


She has vast a vast range of experience from working with adults with physical disabilities to seniors with dementia and/or Alzheimer’s as well as individuals with Acquired Brain Injuries.


During your appointment with Susan, she will focus on listening to your needs while assessing where the muscular tension is originating.  She strives to make her treatment room a place where her clients can relax and rejuvenate.  Susan strongly believe massage therapy is a valuable tool in healing and maintaining optimal health.




Suzanne Downie-Millington

Registered Massage Therapist

Suzanne Downie-Millington has been registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since 2011.  

Suzanne specializes in creating a treatment that is both clinical and relaxing.  

She has worked in a variety of settings, including clinics, business settings as well as in client environments.  Suzanne feels that the most rewarding part of her career was not only the people she was able to help but teaching the future RMT’s of Ontario!
